All my pieces are small batch and solely handmade by li’l ol’ me, which means no two pieces are the same.
At this stage, most of my pieces are one-offs but if you see something you like that’s no longer available, please get in touch to discuss a commissioned piece.
Please also get in touch if you’d like to commission a custom piece.
Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10, sent via Australia Post or Sendle courier service. Either way, you will receive a tracking code and be asked to sign for your parcel.
Please get in touch if you require expedited shipping or would prefer an alternative shipping method/carrier and I will sort something out!
International shipping: I definitely do it! If you live outside Australia, please get in touch with me directly to order a piece/s. I’d rather work out an accurate shipping fee than charge a flat international rate that may be way over what it actually costs to ship to you.
Free local pick-up from Maylands is available if you’re in Perth – just shoot me an email once you’ve placed your order to arrange (or I will get in touch with you if you don’t).
It’s really important to me that I’m not contributing (too much) to the burgeoning waste crisis. Unfortunately, the nature of creating goods and shipping them out around the country means that I’m definitely creating waste – but I’m trying to minimise it and make better choices about what I’m using.
Where possible, I use recycled and/or sustainable shipping materials. In lieu of planet-destroying bubble wrap, I primarily use Geami WrapPak to safely wrap orders. It’s an environmentally friendly paper wrapping system that protects pieces in transit in the same way bubble wrap does, but it’s made from kraft paper instead of petroleum-based plastics (which means it breaks down quickly, unlike bubble wrap).
My commitment to using recycled materials also means your goods might arrive in a carton that’s already been used to ship something before. Or I might wrap your piece with bubble wrap that I’ve retrieved and recycled from some random online order (probs iHerb tbh), which I hope you then might be able to reuse for something. Circle of life!
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. No returns or refunds are available for change of mind.
All my orders are packaged tightly and carefully to ensure they arrive to you in one piece, but please get in touch within 7 days of arrival if your order arrives damaged or broken. I will probably not be able to provide a replacement due to the unique nature of each piece, but I’m happy to discuss a refund or credit for a future purchase.
Info and care instructions
All my pieces are made with food-grade glazes (unless otherwise specified). I highly recommend gently hand-washing or wiping down pieces. Any extraordinary care instructions will be specified in the listing if applicable.
I do my best to provide clear photos of all my pieces in each listing, but if you’d like to see something from a different angle or in different light or whatever, just get in touch and I’ll send ya some shots.
